Artist Statement
For the past two years my work has been greatly influenced by the climate of our society. This has not been of a political nature, but more so as a sign of passing time and looking for ways to challenge myself with new mediums and new ways. I found this through spray painting, the ideal medium that reflects my feelings of urgency and need to leave a print, a scorched mark, on a canvas, a wall or on the earth.
