- Artist Statement
- My practice spans painting and printmaking to create non-representational works that explore rupture and materiality. I use household materials and found objects to build up the surface of my paintings. The works are a response to our profoundly strange contemporary existence: a paradox of accumulation without quality or necessity, labor without true cost, stimulation without experience.
