Thumbnail of Featured Art: Recent view of studio wall, all works acrylic, 9”x12”, 2026

Artist Statement: Currently we have 2 bodies of work happening simultaneously, both groups under the working notion of “apparitions.” Ink drawings on paper on one hand, acrylic on canvas on the other. Working small to prevent bogging down. The ink drawings look something like Rorscharh blots but in this case what you see - a hand, a stag, a machine gun - is in fact probably there. The paintings have something to do with signs appearing in a mechanical universe, seen badly.
