- Artist Statement
- Art is my way of taking back the narrative of what it means to be human, what it means to Black and what it means to be American. It's my way of refusing to take on the labels and definitions that society has put upon us. Art is my way of connecting to humanity, nature and the spirit of creativity which permeates everything that has ever been made.
