- Brackish Music & Art is a performance series showcasing original experimental music, poetry, dance, and art curated by Angela Morris, jaimie branch, and Starr Busby. Focused particularly on women, queer, and BIPOC artists, it’s a vital environment where artists can take risks with a community of people who are likewise engaged in experimentation. At Gowanus Open Studios, Brackish will present music performances and poetry readings from 3-6pm on Sat Oct 26 in collaboration with the artists in residence at St Lydia's, Angbeen Saleem and Jennifer G Lai.
